Pinnacle Port is located on the West end of Panama City Beach. The resort is next to Camp Helen State Park and Lake Powell. You will have access to fresh water activities as well as the Gulf! Located only blocks away is Carillon Beach Inn which is a great place to take an evening stroll, visit the gift shops, dine out, ride bikes or enjoy a free outdoor family movie! You are only a short drive from Dining, Shopping, and Entertainment at Pier Park. You can also enjoy local beach communities Seaside, Watercolor, Rosemary Beach and Grayton beach!
House Rules:
-Must be 25 years or older to rent.
-No smoking inside the unit or on the balcony.
-No pets allowed.
-No parties or unregistered guests.
-Must sign a vacation rental agreement and provide an email address.
-We have a RING doorbell at the front door for added security.
-There is a $35 Resort fee (per vehicle) that must be paid prior to arrival. You will receive a link via email to secure your resort access.
Failure to comply with any of the above rules will result in immediate eviction, loss of security deposit, and no refunds of any kind.

Welcome to Our Slice of Paradise We’ve always loved the beach—it’s my happy place. That’s why we chose beautiful Pinnacle Port as our coastal home over 12 years ago. We started with a one-bedroom condo, fully renovated it, and poured our hearts into every detail—it was truly our baby. A few years later, we moved into a two-bedroom in the same building and transformed it into what we thought would be our forever beach home. But then we fell in love again—with the stunning wraparound balcony of the three-bedroom units. In April 2025, we were blessed to make that dream a reality and purchase our current condo. Bill and I have been married nearly 39 years. We have a wonderful 36-year-old son and four beloved shih tzus—three girls and a new little boy—ranging from 4 months to 15 years old. They bring so much joy to our lives. We truly love our little slice of heaven at Pinnacle Port, where we enjoy the best of both worlds: the breathtaking emerald waters of the Gulf on one side and peaceful Lake Powell on the other. From our wraparound balcony, we watch incredible sunsets nearly year-round—it never gets old.
